Sandra Priest is the daughter of Eddie & Sylvia Priest of San Antonio, Texas. She is currently attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where she is a sophomore majoring in Agricultural Education. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Collegiate FFA, and the Professional Agriculture Sorority: Sigma Alpha. She enjoys swimming, is a Life Guard, and plays the flute and piano.

As an official spokesperson for the Texas Beekeepers Association, Sandra promotes all aspects of the Beekeeping Industry. She is available for interviews, personal appearances, and is prepared to give presentations to appropriate groups.

Sarah Kornfield of Plano, Texas is the 2004 Texas Honey Queen. Sarah is a student at Collin County Community College. She enjoys reading, crafts, church activities, playing both the violin and the piano, photography and taking care of her bees.
